CompareInsurance is a trading name of Comparison Arabia LLC registered in UAE under License # 2007934.
Our Status and the Services Provided
CompareInsurance is a price comparison website for insurance products offering a non-advised service. This means you are responsible for deciding whether a policy meets your demands and needs and is suitable for you. Our service makes different insurance product options available to our customers, upon which each customer has a choice to receive a quote based on the options available.
The capacity in which we are acting
CompareInsurance acts as a price comparison service for insurance products across Car, Health & Travel.
The insurers we use are regulated by the UAE Insurance Authority and required to hold adequate capital resources. We cannot guarantee the solvency of any insurer for which we show insurance product prices and benefits. If you have any concerns about the selected insurance company, please click here.
The insurance policies are issued by Masters Insurance Brokers LLC, a fully regulated entity licensed by Insurance Authority registration number 110. You are requested to solicit expert broker advice from Masters Insurance Brokers regarding the purchase of your insurance policies.
You are to provide complete and accurate information when you use the website to compare insurance products and to purchase your insurance policy, throughout the lifetime of the policy and when you renew your insurance. When purchasing, amending, and renewing your insurance policy, you must take care to answer all questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge. If you fail to answer the questions correctly, your policy may be subject to cancellation and/or your claim could be rejected or not fully paid. If you are unsure of your answer to a particular question, you should make reasonable efforts to obtain the information required to answer it correctly.

Awareness of Policy Terms
When you compare a policy at CompareInsurance, please check the information provided carefully and inform us immediately of any errors. You should also check the detailed Table of Benefits, Policy Schedule, Policy Wording and Certificate of Insurance, as these documents form the contract of insurance with your insurer(s).
Breach of any terms, conditions or warranties may enable your insurer(s) to terminate your policy or repudiate a claim under your policy. If there is anything you do not understand please contact us (click here) for help.
The Policy benefits are available to read online. Please check that the cover being provided to you is the cover you need. Your policy will be based on the answers you have provided during the quotation process. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information when you take out, change, or renew your insurance policy.
Charges and Cancellation Process
Policy and Administration Charges
We do not charge a fee for our services. Please ensure that you carefully read the policy wording from your insurer to ensure you are aware of any administration charges & policy cancellation charges.
Cancelling your Insurance
To exercise your right to cancel a policy you must do so by writing to your broker and will take effect from the date of receipt subject to all relevant documents being received.
A pro rata deduction of the total premium for the time that you have been on cover, unless your policy is underwritten by an insurer where short period cancellation rates apply.
If a discount was applied when you took your policy out, this discount will be deductible from any return premium due on a pro-rata basis.
Payment of Premiums and Refunds
Unless otherwise agreed and formalized by a premium instalment plan, all premiums are due on the day cover is arranged, the date the policy is due for renewal. We facilitate payment on behalf of the broker which is collected directly by them. CompareInsurance does not collect payment directly from the customers at any point in time.
In most cases, refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the payment. However, the broker may issue refunds by cheque, made payable to the policyholder directly.
Refunds made by payment card will appear in your account between 3-5 working days once processed depending on your banking provider. Please allow up to 15 days to receive your refund.
We will not accept responsibility for cancellation of insurance by insurers / broker due to late or non-payment of premium by customers.
It is our intention to provide you with a high level of service at all times. In the unlikely event that you should have cause for complaint, please write to us on email@example.com
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing promptly and provide you with a timescale for a full response and full details of our investigation.
In the event of an incident occurring which may give rise to a claim under your policy, you can notify the insurer or your broker as soon as possible using the contact details on your policy document or certificate of insurance. It is important to follow the instructions and claims process provided by the insurer.
Please note that you must report all incidents as soon as possible. Late notification could compromise your claim.
We cannot guarantee that any quotes will be valid for any specific period as any quote given is dependent on insurer rates which can change frequently.
Your insurer has the right to decline your risk, increase the premium or restrict the policy if any errors or omissions are found. A quote can be withdrawn by the insurer at any point before the policy is issued
Taxes or Costs
Please note that there is a possibility that taxes other than VAT and/or costs may exist in respect of products and services shown on our website, which are not paid through or imposed by CompareInsurance
Any dispute or claims arising out of or in connection with the website www.compareinsurance.ae shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction in this regard.
